What to Expect?
Upgrade Dates:

What’s Changing?

No changes to your account numbers, checks, deposit slips, or debit cards.
Service Impacts During Upgrade Weekend:

ATMs: Unavailable from close of business Friday, April 10, until Monday morning, April 13.

Debit Cards: Usable throughout the weekend (no PIN changes during upgrade).

Online Banking & Mobile App: Unavailable during upgrade weekend; resumes Monday, April 13.

Night Deposit: Available; transactions posted when the bank reopens.

Statements: New look after upgrade; last statement on old system issued April 13.

FAQ's
Will my account number change?
No, your account numbers will remain the same for all products.
Can I use my current Terrabank checks and deposit slips?
Yes, you can continue to use them.
Can I Use My Debit Card or Credit Card?
Yes, Your Terrabank Cards Will Work. Continue using them as usual during the upgrade
Will I have access to my funds during the upgrade?
Your collected funds will be available during the upgrade.
Will ATMs Be Available?
ATMs will be unavailable during upgrade weekend. From close of business Friday, Apr. 10 until Monday morning, Apr. 13.
Will Online Banking & Mobile App Be Available?
The Terrabank Online Banking & Mobile App will be unavailable. Temporarily offline during upgrade weekend. Back Monday, Apr. 13.
Will Night Deposit be available?
Night Deposit will be available. Transactions will be posted when the bank reopens.
What happens to my Statements?
Statements will have a new look. Last statement on old system: April 13. New format begins after upgrade.
What About Zelle®?
Zelle® will be temporarily unavailable. Re-enrollment may be needed after the upgrade.
What about Interest Payments?
Interest from April 1 through April 10, 2026 will be paid on February 6, 2026
and you will receive a statement reflecting this. April 11, 2026 - April 30, 2026, interest will be paid on April 30, 2026 and you will receive a second statement with the additional days interest at month end.
Will my information stay secure during this upgrade?
Yes. At Terrabank, safeguarding your personal and financial information is our highest priority. All data will remain fully protected throughout the upgrade process, with robust security protocols in place to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and uninterrupted protection of your information.
